A: We ship all our orders from Jamaica

 

Q: How do I know how to use the products?

A: The directions for use are on the labels for all of our products. After purchase, a step-by-step guide will be sent to you with instructions on how to use kits/sets.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Tracking number will be sent to you with link, the link is where you add your tracking number to see updates on your package. For international orders, a tracking email will be sent to you, please check your spam as well.

 

Q: Can I change something about my order?
A: You must request changes within 12 hours after placing your order. All requests after this time will be denied.
