Refund policy

ALL Sales are final.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and how they are manufactured, all VierreSkin products are non-returnable and not eligible for exchange.

Once your order is delivered, a refund will not be considered under any circumstance. 

VierreSkin reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without giving an explanation. 

Damages and issues
We ship all our orders sealed and properly packaged to prevent any damages during transit. VierreSkin is not responsible for any shipping company's poor handling of packages, whether lost, damaged, stolen or incorrect delivery address. For inevitable inconveniences, please send a photo of damaged items/package for a replacement. Replacement may take 7 business days.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot do exchanges as all our products are non-returnable items.
