All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment. Often times products are made to orders in batches, in the event of increased demand, processing time may take longer.
2. Shipping Method & Responsibility
We offer shipping through third-party carriers, including FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, Knutsford Express, Zipmail Ja etc. If you choose to ship your order using your own FedEx account, you will be required to provide valid account details at checkout.
By selecting this option, you agree that:
- You are fully responsible for all shipping charges billed by FedEx.
- You authorize us to use your provided FedEx account for shipment.
- We are not responsible for shipping charges, customs, duties and clearance fees.
3. Risk of Loss & Damage
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, full responsibility transfers to the carrier and the customer.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Delayed deliveries (Customs Clearance)
- Damaged goods during transit.
Any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx). We recommend that you ensure appropriate insurance or coverage is selected through your carrier.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, you are not qualified for a refund in this case. The exact shipping address on your order will be copied and sent over to the shipping carrier.
5. Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
